CAN ANYONE SAY YARDSALE? NOPE... WE ARE ALL EXHAUSTED!

Well we did it! We managed the HUGE yardsale and actually lived through it. Have I mentioned lately that I have THE BEST friends, family, church family, extended family and husband EVER? I haven't? Well let me mention it right here and now. Thank you everyone who donated items, helped set up and price, brought breakfast and snacks, kept my child, made lunch, sorted, sorted and sorted some more and last but not least helped take everything down. I am truly humbled and grateful to all of you and yes..... I am forever in your debt.

Now for the exciting news. We knew that we had an $1100 expense coming up with the adoption. Guess how much we made at the yardsale??? YEP....almost exactly $1100!! God is so good. Once again, a big thank you to everyone who helped in anyway and for your prayers. We are humbled.

STRAWBERRY GRASS

Have I told you lately how much I LOVE this stage Noah is in? Seriously, I love the questions he asks and new perspective that he makes me view God's creation with. Yesterday, we pulled in our driveway and he said "look Mama, strawberry grass!!" Our fields are full right now with these red weeds but to him they were Strawberry Grass. We have such a wonderful time walking in the fields and sitting by the ponds looking and listening. To himm everything is new and exciting. I pray that he never loses this excitement for God's beautiful creation. We picked a huge bouquet of strawberry grass and put it in the house and talked about how even the weeds God made are beautiful........ Hmm.... maybe that's why my eyes are itching and I'm sneezing! ;)
Prayer Requests: Please pray for Noah's Poppy who is going in the hospital Fri-Mon. to undergo a procedure to get his heart back into rythm. Also, please pray for the yardsale for the adoption to go smoothly next Saturday. Thanks Everyone!

Throwing the Fish Back

Mike took Noah fishing today...for almost 3 hours! They caught several fish but Noah was very attatched to the fish above because he actually reeled it in. He named it "Nemo" (very creative) and had a mini meltdown when we had to throw it back in order to save it's life :)

In adoption news: Our fundraising yardsale is the last Saturday of this month. Please pray for good turnout and good weather. We have still not chosen what direction we are going yet. It is between the special needs program for China or the Phillippines. Please pray for wisdom as we decide.
