This was the moon the night before it snowed!

Noah would like to tell everyone to pray for snow so he doesn't have to go to school :) So start the snow dance!!

PERFECT PEACE

There is something about watching a sleeping baby that makes one start to think about peace. They seem to be totally at peace with there surroundings, no matter what the circumstances, who's holding them or what's going on around them. When it's time to sleep, they sleep! It makes me think of one of my favorite verses : "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High, will rest in the shadow of the Almighty" Psalm 91:1. How much better would we all "rest" if we just trusted our Saviour to control our circumstances. (Like He doesn't already :)

ANYONE FOR A STORY ?

So I was reading this book to Noah and he sort of took over. I don't think it will be very long before he'll be reading to me!! (Even though the book has absolutely no words :) Lydia, he'll be catching up to your goal soon.

PLAYTIME!!

Who knew that playtime could be so much fun? We bought Noah a Rainforest Jumparoo yesterday and he loves it! I absolutely love watching him have fun and being part of that fun. We talk jibberish (which is all he can do now), we sing silly songs and play peek-a-boo and then his favorite- watching SpongeBob SquarePants!! What a privilege I have been given in watching this little boy grow up.

It is starting early here at the little red house. The indoctrination into a brotherhood. Here is Noah in his GI Joe outfit (courtesy of Nana & Poppy). He looks just like Mike (except without the Airborne tatoo) and it won't be long until he's outside playing war and pretending to blow things up. I think he'll have a lot of Grandparents and Aunts and Uncles and not to mention his Mama that will threaten his life if he looks the way of the Army. But for now, he has plenty of time to play war.

BABY OOZIE

No, this isn't Noah. This is Hannah's cat Oozie. Oozie was enthralled by Noah at the American Idol Party and as soon as he was out of his car seat Oozie was in it. Then, John took it one step further and snapped her in and she loved it!! She even played with the toys!! Give Noah a few more months however and I think Oozie will be running for her life ;)
