PLEASE SNOW!

This was the moon the night before it snowed!

Noah would like to tell everyone to pray for snow so he doesn't have to go to school :) So start the snow dance!!

Speaking of snow...it makes me think of no school, which makes me think of my kids at school. Then, that makes me think of how the kids come in every day now, look at your chicken picture I printed out and ask, "Which one is Gretchen again?" (Since we have a Gretchen at school) HA! You should see the drawings they made of ways to keep foxes away from the chickens (It was their idea after I told them the story of "Hurt Girl," which caused them great concern.)...How about some stairs that are too small for the fox to climb up? Could you build a moat?...and then I heard a rather practical solution...SHUT THE GATE! Thanks for the pictures and names. It's funny how the children forget "Non-Descript" but remember the other three names...
Thank you for the way you scaffold learning at my school from the farm...that kind of stuff is my favorite to teach!

That last picture is the most adorable face ever! As far as the snow, there will still be school for joy since state refuses to close... grrr.
Miranda, your kids sound so funny, I love the logic of little children!

Thanks for the snow, Noah. Dance a little harder next time though, won't you? I want it to stay for a day or two.

Yeah, that's Heather, our neighbor. She has some weird condition which forces her to rummage through our trash bin late at night.

Don't ask...
