SINGIN' IN THE RAIN-AND BIG BOY BEDS

We had a big weekend!! First, I finally broke down and took Noah's crib down. We put up a toddler bed that a friend gave us. To help Noah feel better with the whole situation (he loved his crib and cried when we took it down), we too him to Wal-Mart and let him pick out a new bed set. We came home with Lightning McQueen. I hope he likes him for the next 5 years! Then Grandaddy from S.C. came up for a visit. We took Noah to the park and rode the carousel and the boats just in time for the monsoon to hit!! And of course, played a little in the rain with our boots and umbrella.

I love Pullen Park! (and Singin' in the Rain, for that matter) What a fun afternoon!

This weekend I saw a lady with hot pink rain boots, a pink and purple spotted umbrella and a rain coat that was multicolored...with her hair and makeup done. I wanted to trip her.

Martha, I'm so glad to see your blog! Noah is so handsome. I look forward to scrolling back through previous posts and also looking forward to your journey ahead.

Hey Martha. Love his cute little toddler bed. :) How are you? Jacob's got the chicken pox. :( he picked it up from a girl at daycare so I figured I'd let you know because we still havn't gotten together since Brian left but when he's not contagious anymore we'll be up that way and we'll stop by and see you guys. Hope everyone's doing good.
