REMEMBER MICHELLE (ABOVE)??? SHE WAS IN LAUREL'S ORPHANAGE AND WE'VE BEEN PRAYING FOR HER FOR 2 YEARS?? WELL, A FAMILY IS COMING TO GET HER. OH, PRAISE GOD! SHE HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO AN INSTITUTION ALREADY. I DON'T KNOW ANYMORE YET BUT WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN I DO ABOUT HER FAMILY.
And...... here's the even BIGGER surprise and a blessing beyond all blessings....... This little girl who is called "Dana" has found a mommy & daddy as well. I have been bursting with this news for weeks and now can FINALLY tell the surprise. Mike & I knew there was something special about her. We both prayed, agonized and requested more info. Something about her wouldn't let me go. You want to know how God answered our prayers?? Yes, she is getting a Mommy & Daddy. No, it isn't us... even better...... Daniel & Jessica D. in our church are adopting her. Talk about crazy love. Mike had emailed Daniel a picture of her requested he put her out on Facebook etc. Daniel opened that email and BAM!! He knew. He knew that she was his little girl. There are so many cool "Godincidences" in this story I wish I could share it all. She has Treacher Collins Syndrome. She will need facial reconstruction surgery, Cochlear Implants and LOTS of Speech/hearing therapy. But they are paying her ransom to have a chance! And we get to watch it all happen. How much better can it get? What great news. This little one is getting a fine set of parents, perfectly suited for her, and vice versa, no doubt.
